Blind Nutrition vs. Designer Nutrition 🔶 I used to wake up and deal with this every day – a hodgepodge of supplements that I thought was good for me. And even though I’ve been a “health hacker” for over 20 years (since before that was even a term) and like to nerd out on peer-reviewed research articles on PubMed etc, I recently realized that this is now known as blind nutrition. Half of us have no idea what our bodies need, how much to take or if we are taking too little or too much and doing more harm than good! – myself included 🙋🏻♂️ Now, I have identified a couple key areas that I need to provide nutritional support for, stopped taking the hodgepodge a couple months ago and now take one personalized supplement customized for my DNA.
